William Penn1 
William Penn was born on 14 October 1644.3 He was the son of Admiral Sir William Penn and Margaret Jasper.4 He married Hannah Callowhill.3 He died on 30 July 1718 at age 73.3
He was the founder of Pennsylvania, and planned and developed the city of Philadelphia.1
