Philadelphia Hannah Freame was born in 1740. She was the daughter of Thomas Freame and Margaretta Penn.1 She married Thomas Dawson, 1st and last Viscount Cremorne, son of Richard Dawson and Elizabeth Vesey, on 8 May 1770.1 She died on 14 April 1826.1
From 8 May 1770, her married name became Dawson.1 After her marriage, Philadelphia Hannah Freame was styled as Baroness Cremorne on 28 May 1770. After her marriage, Philadelphia Hannah Freame was styled as Viscountess Cremorne on 19 June 1785.
