     Stephen Collins was born on 10 June 1799.1 He was the son of John Collins and Mary Allen.1 He married Frances Henn, daughter of William Henn and Susanna Lovett, in January 1831.1 He died on 13 September 1843 at age 44.1
     He was a practising Barrister-at-Law.1 He was appointed Queen’s Counsel (Q.C.)1 He lived at Merrion Square, Dublin, County Dublin, IrelandG.1
