George Forrester, 1st Lord Forrester of Corstorphine1 
He was created 1st Baronet Forrester, of Corstorphine [Nova Scotia] on 17 November 1625.3 He was created 1st Lord Forrester of Corstorphine [Scotland] on 22 July 1633, with special remainder to his heirs male whatsoever.2 On 5 July 1651 he got a regrant of his peerage with special remainder to (a) his 3rd daughter Joanna’s husband James and their issue in tail male; (b) James’s younger brother William, husband of his daughter Lilias and their issue in tail male; (c) issue of the brothers of these wives in tail general; and (d) James and his heirs male or of entail to be made to him.3
