     Annabella Grierson is the daughter of Gilbert Grierson.¹ She married George Muirhead.¹
     Her married name became Muirhead.¹

     George Muirhead married Annabella Grierson, daughter of Gilbert Grierson.¹

     Roger Grierson, 4th of Lag was born circa 1439 at Dumfries-shire, Scotland^G.² He was the son of Vedast Grierson, 3rd of Lag and Isabel Gordoun.¹ He married Isabel Kirkpatrick, daughter of Winfred Kirkpatrick of Closeburn, in 1473 at Dumfries-shire, Scotland^G.¹ He died before 26 July 1488 at Sauchieburn, Scotland^G, from wounds received in action.^1,2
     In 1473 he was granted a charter for Lag by King James III of Scotland.¹ He fought in the Battle of Sauchieburn on 11 June 1488.¹

     Isabel Kirkpatrick was born before 1460.² She was the daughter of Winfred Kirkpatrick of Closeburn.¹ She married Roger Grierson, 4th of Lag, son of Vedast Grierson, 3rd of Lag and Isabel Gordoun, in 1473 at Dumfries-shire, Scotland^G.¹
     From 1473, her married name became Grierson.¹

     Winfred Kirkpatrick of Closeburn is the son of Sir Roger Kirkpatrick.²
     He had a hostage for ransom of King David II.²

     Cuthbert Grierson, 5th of Lag was born after 1473.² He was the son of Roger Grierson, 4th of Lag and Isabel Kirkpatrick.¹ He died in 1513, without issue.¹
     On 10 October 1490 he had sasine of Lag.¹ On 2 May 1505 he had sasine of Rock Hall.¹
