     Reginald Hyde Villiers was born on 4 August 1876.¹ He was the son of Frederick Ernest Villiers and Jane Isabella Baird.² He married Florence Marianne Stockwell, daughter of George Stockwell, on 31 October 1906.¹ He died on 20 July 1953 at age 76.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 12th Lancers.¹ He fought in the Boer War between 1899 and 1902, where he was mentioned in despatches.¹ He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1900.¹

     George Stockwell lived at Dunedin, New Zealand^G.¹

     Florence Marianne Stockwell was the daughter of George Stockwell.² She married Reginald Hyde Villiers, son of Frederick Ernest Villiers and Jane Isabella Baird, on 31 October 1906.¹ She died on 4 July 1937.¹

     He gained the rank of Major in the Ceylon Light Infantry.¹ He lived in 2003 at Braemar, 13 Dixon Road, Buderim, Queensland, Australia^G.¹

     Maisie Marguerite Hunt married Frederick Montagu Hyde Villiers, son of Reginald Hyde Villiers and Florence Marianne Stockwell, on 18 March 1936.¹ She and Frederick Montagu Hyde Villiers were divorced in 1947.¹
