Brigadier Ian Darsie Watson was born circa 1916.3 He was the son of Darsie Watson.1 He married Lady Susan Diana Wood, daughter of Charles Ingram Courtenay Wood, 2nd Earl of Halifax and Ruth Alice Hannah Mary Primrose, on 10 October 1959.1 He died in February 2001.3
He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.)3 He was awarded the Territorial Decoration (T.D.)1

Rt. Hon. James Ramsay MacDonald was born illegitimately on 12 October 1866 at Lossiemouth, Morayshire, ScotlandG.1 He was the son of John MacDonald and Anne Ramsay.1 He married Margaret Ethel Gladstone, daughter of John Hall Gladstone and Margaret Thompson King.1 He died on 9 November 1937 at age 71, at sea.1
Rt. Hon. James Ramsay MacDonald usually went by his middle name of Ramsay.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Labour) for Leicester between 1906 and 1918.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Labour) for Aberavon between 1922 and 1935.1 He held the office of Prime Minister and First Lord of the Treasury between 22 January 1924 and 4 November 1924.1 He held the office of Prime Minister and First Lord of the Treasury between 5 June 1929 and 7 June 1935.1
