Sir Thomas Swymmer Mostyn-Champneys, 2nd Bt.1 
He was given the name of Thomas Swymmer Champneys at birth.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Champneys, of Orchardleigh, co. Somerset [G.B., 1767] on 2 July 1821.1 In 1831 his name was legally changed to Thomas Swymmer Mostyn-Champneys.1
On his death, his baronetcy became extinct.1
