     Her married name became Chalmers.¹

     John Gardiner lived at Maidstone, Kent, England^G.¹

     Sir Charles William Chalmers, 6th Bt. was born in 1779 at Portsmouth, Hampshire, England^G.¹ He was the son of Sir Robert Chalmers, 5th Bt. and Mary Boon.¹ He married Isabella Henderson in July 1815.¹ He died on 1 October 1834 at Appledore, Northam, Devon, England^G.¹
     He was styled as 6th Baronet Chalmers, of Cults, in the parish of Tarland, co. Aberdeen [N.S., 1664] in 1807.¹ He gained the rank of Captain before 1815 in the Royal Navy.¹
     On his death, the assumption of this baronetcy ceased.¹

     Isabella Henderson was born circa 1780.¹ She married, firstly, Captain T. Scott.¹ She married, secondly, Sir Charles William Chalmers, 6th Bt., son of Sir Robert Chalmers, 5th Bt. and Mary Boon, in July 1815.¹ She died on 4 October 1840.¹
     Her married name became Scott.¹ From July 1815, her married name became Chalmers.¹

     Captain T. Scott married Isabella Henderson.¹

     Sir William Chaloner, 1st and last Bt. was born on 24 March 1587/88 at St. Olave’s, Silver Street, London, England^G.¹ He was the son of Sir Thomas Chaloner and Elizabeth Fleetwood.¹ He died circa 1641 at Scanderoon, Turkey^G, without issue.¹ His will was proven (by probate) in August 1642.¹
     He matriculated at Magdalen College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, on 22 February 1604/5.¹ He graduated from Magdalen College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, on 8 July 1607 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He was created 1st Baronet Chaloner, of Guisborough, co. York [England] on 20 July 1620.¹
     On his death, his baronetcy became extinct.¹

     Sir Thomas Chaloner was the son of Sir Thomas Chaloner and Ethelreda Frodsham.² He married, firstly, Elizabeth Fleetwood, daughter of William Fleetwood.¹ He married, secondly, Judith Blount, daughter of William Blount, on 10 July 1604.² He died on 17 November 1615.¹
     He graduated from Magdalen Hall, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, in 1582 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)² He was admitted to Grays Inn.² He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for St. Mawes from 1586 to 1587.² He held the office of Envoy to Scotland.² He was appointed Knight in 1591.² He was Governor to Henry, Prince of Wales in 1603.² He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Lostwithiel between 1604 and 1611.² He graduated from Magdalen Hall, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, in 1605 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)² He was Chamberlain to Henry, Prince of Wales in 1610.² He lived at Guisborough, Yorkshire, England^G.¹ He lived at Steeple Claydon, Buckinghamshire, England^G.¹

     Elizabeth Fleetwood was the daughter of William Fleetwood.¹ She married Sir Thomas Chaloner, son of Sir Thomas Chaloner and Ethelreda Frodsham.¹ She died on 22 June 1603.²
     Her married name became Chaloner.¹

     William Fleetwood held the office of Recorder of London.¹ He was a practising Sergeant-at-Law.¹
