     From 16 February 1942, her married name became Caulfeild.¹ From 1954, her married name became Cookson.²

     Patrick William St. George Caulfeild was born on 6 June 1968.¹ He was the son of Toby John St. George Caulfeild and Gillian Rhead.² He married Kimberley Ann DeBruyn, daughter of F. Robert DeBruyn and Ann Elizabeth Mason, on 29 March 2006.³ He died on 28 April 2011 at age 42.⁴
