     Captain Harry Francis Cayley was born on 4 July 1873.1 He was the son of Digby Cayley and Charlotte Philadelphia Bower.2 He married Margery Freake, daughter of Sir Thomas George Freake, 2nd Bt. and Frederica Charlotte Mary Maitland, on 19 April 1900.1 He died on 31 March 1954 at age 80.1
     He fought in the First World War.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Navy.1 He was awarded the Companion, Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1917 and bar (1919.)1

Sir Thomas George Freake, 2nd Bt.1

     Sir Thomas George Freake, 2nd Bt. was born on 12 October 1848.2 He was the son of Sir Charles James Freake, 1st Bt. and Eliza Pudsey Wright.2 He married Frederica Charlotte Mary Maitland, daughter of Lt.-Col. Frederick Thomas Maitland and Emily Augusta Mary Newlands, on 21 April 1868.3 He died on 22 December 1920 at age 72.4
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Freake, of Cromwell House, Kensington [U.K., 1882] on 6 October 1884.2 He held the office of Mayor of Dartmouth from 1897 to 1898.2

     Margery Freake was the daughter of Sir Thomas George Freake, 2nd Bt. and Frederica Charlotte Mary Maitland.2,3 She married Captain Harry Francis Cayley, son of Digby Cayley and Charlotte Philadelphia Bower, on 19 April 1900.1 She died on 4 March 1901.1
     From 19 April 1900, her married name became Cayley.
