     Robert Yeamans was the son of unknown Yeamans.¹ He died on 30 May 1643 at Wine Street, Bristol, England^G, executed, by the command of Colonel Fiennes, for assisting to admit Prince Rupert and the King’s troops into Bristol.¹
     He held the office of Sheriff of Bristol in 1642.¹

     Cecilia Hooke is the daughter of Humphrey Hooke.¹ She married Sir Robert Cann, 1st Bt., son of William Cann and Margaret Yeamans.¹
     Her married name became Cann.¹

     Humphrey Hooke held the office of Alderman of Bristol.¹

     Sir William Cann, 2nd Bt. was the son of Sir Robert Cann, 1st Bt. and Cecilia Hooke.¹ He married Elizabeth Langton, daughter of Sir Thomas Langton and Elizabeth Goning, before 1694.¹ He died on 16 July 1698.¹ His will (dated 24 July 1697 to 20 June 1698) was proven (by probate) on 21 October 1698.¹
     He held the office of Alderman of Bristol.¹ He was appointed Knight on 5 September 1663.¹ He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Cann, of Compton Greenfield, co. Gloucester [E., 1662] in November 1685.¹

     Elizabeth Langton is the daughter of Sir Thomas Langton and Elizabeth Goning.¹ She married Sir William Cann, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Robert Cann, 1st Bt. and Cecilia Hooke, before 1694.¹
     From before 1694, her married name became Cann.¹

     Sir Thomas Langton married, secondly, Elizabeth Goning, daughter of unknown Gonning.
     He held the office of Mayor of Bristol in 1666.¹

     Elizabeth Goning is the daughter of unknown Gonning.² She married Sir Thomas Langton.
     She lived at Cold Ashton, Gloucestershire, England^G.¹ She was ancestor of the Langtons of Newton Park, near Bath.³ Her married name became Langton.¹ She was also known as Elizabeth Gunning.³

     Sir William Cann, 3rd Bt. was born circa 1694.¹ He was the son of Sir William Cann, 2nd Bt. and Elizabeth Langton.¹ He married Elizabeth Chester, daughter of Thomas Chester.¹ He died on 27 April 1726, without male issue.¹ He was buried at Almondsbury, Gloucestershire, England^G.¹ He died intestate and his estate was administered on 6 July 1726.¹
     He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Cann, of Compton Greenfield, co. Gloucester [E., 1662] on 16 July 1698.¹ He matriculated at Oriel College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, on 30 May 1711.¹

     Elizabeth Chester was born circa 1694.¹ She was the daughter of Thomas Chester.¹ She married Sir William Cann, 3rd Bt., son of Sir William Cann, 2nd Bt. and Elizabeth Langton.¹ She died on 6 January 1724.¹ She died intestate and her estate was administered on 20 June 1727.¹
     Her married name became Cann.¹

     Thomas Chester died on 26 February 1703.¹
     He lived at Knole Park, Almondsbury, Gloucestershire, England^G.¹
