     Philip Olaf Buxton was born on 22 May 1906.¹ He was the son of Hugh Forster Buxton and Blanche Juliana St. Aubyn.² He married Ruth Christian Lawrence, daughter of Aubrey Trevor Lawrence and Constance Emily Fanning McGaw, on 15 December 1934.¹ He died in 1978.¹
     He was with the Kassala Cotton Company between 1930 and 1946.¹ He was vice-chairman of the Witney Regional District Council, and chairman from 1965 in 1963.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Oxfordshire in 1965.¹

     Aubrey Trevor Lawrence was born on 15 January 1875.² He was the son of Sir James John Trevor Lawrence, 2nd Bt. and Elizabeth Matthew.² He married Constance Emily Fanning McGaw, daughter of Joseph McGaw, on 8 June 1901.² He died on 23 March 1930 at age 55.²
     He graduated from Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)² He was admitted to Inner Temple entitled to practise as a barrister.² He was appointed Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.)² He was Chancellor of the Diocese of Sheffield in 1914.² He was with Minister Munitions in 1915.² He was Chancellor of the Diocese of Worcester in 1920.² He was Chancellor of the Diocese of Peterborough in 1922.² He was Chancellor of the Diocese of Southwell in 1922.² He was Chancellor of the Diocese of Winchester in 1924.² He was Chancellor of the Diocese of Leicester in 1927.² He was Chancellor of the Diocese of Portsmouth in 1927.² He was appointed King’s Counsel (K.C.) in 1927.²

     Ruth Christian Lawrence was born on 14 June 1904.² She was the daughter of Aubrey Trevor Lawrence and Constance Emily Fanning McGaw.² She married Philip Olaf Buxton, son of Hugh Forster Buxton and Blanche Juliana St. Aubyn, on 15 December 1934.¹ She died on 31 March 1976 at age 71.²
     From 15 December 1934, her married name became Buxton. She held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹

     Hugh Lawrence Buxton was born on 18 June 1936.¹ He was the son of Philip Olaf Buxton and Ruth Christian Lawrence.² He married Elizabeth Caroline Tilden Whitelocke Abernethy, daughter of Douglas Allan Abernethy and Mary Anglin Whitelocke, on 9 October 1965.¹ He died on 31 October 2005 at age 69.³
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He was educated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹ He lived in 2003 at Widford Manor, Burford, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹

     Douglas Allan Abernethy was born in 1898.² He married Mary Anglin Whitelocke in 1934.² He died in 1960.²
     He graduated with a Bachelor of Surgery (B.Ch.)³ He was appointed Fellow, Royal College of Surgeons (F.R.C.S.)³ He was registered as a Member, Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (M.R.C.O.G.)³ He lived at Bampton, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹ He graduated with a Master of Arts (M.A.)³ He graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine (B.M.)³

     Elizabeth Caroline Tilden Whitelocke Abernethy was born in 1941.² She was the daughter of Douglas Allan Abernethy and Mary Anglin Whitelocke.^3,2 She married Hugh Lawrence Buxton, son of Philip Olaf Buxton and Ruth Christian Lawrence, on 9 October 1965.¹ She died on 23 August 2019 at Witney, Oxfordshire, England.⁴
     From 9 October 1965, her married name became Buxton.

     Guy Lawrence Buxton was born on 3 June 1969.¹ He is the son of Hugh Lawrence Buxton and Elizabeth Caroline Tilden Whitelocke Abernethy.²
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He was educated at Bristol University, Bristol, England^G.¹

     John Lawrence Buxton was born on 18 September 2000.¹ He is the son of Guy Lawrence Buxton and Catherine Patricia Costello.^2,1

     Mary Grace Costello Buxton was born on 31 October 1993.¹ She is the daughter of Guy Lawrence Buxton and Catherine Patricia Costello.^2,1

     Belinda Ruth Buxton was born in 1967.¹ She is the daughter of Hugh Lawrence Buxton and Elizabeth Caroline Tilden Whitelocke Abernethy.²
