     He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He gained the rank of Major in the 4th Battalion, Green Howards.¹ He fought in the First World War.¹ He gained the rank of Honorary Captain in the Royal Flying Corps.¹ He gained the rank of Honorary Captain in the Royal Air Force.¹ He was awarded the Territorial Decoration (T.D.)¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for the North Riding, Yorkshire.¹ He succeeded as the 2nd Baron Gisborough, of Cleveland, co.      Hon. Ursula Violet Chaloner was born on 17 April 1894 at Melksham, Wiltshire, England^G.² She was the daughter of Richard Godolphin Walmesley Chaloner, 1st Baron Gisborough and Margaret Brocklesby Davis.¹ She died on 24 February 1986 at age 91.²
     She gained the rank of Section Officer in the Women’s Auxiliary Air Force, during the Second World War.¹

     Hon. Cynthia Frances Charlotte Chaloner was born in 1895 at Melksham, Wiltshire, England^G.² She was the daughter of Richard Godolphin Walmesley Chaloner, 1st Baron Gisborough and Margaret Brocklesby Davis.¹ She married Major Herbert Ernest Pease, son of Alfred John Pease, on 28 September 1921 at Guisborough Parish Church, Guisborough, Yorkshire, England^G.¹ She died on 6 October 1937 at Wood Farm, Henham, England^G.^1,2 She was buried on 9 October 1937 at Guisborough, Yorkshire, England^G.²
     From 28 September 1921, her married name became Pease.¹

     Major Herbert Ernest Pease was born circa 1889.² He was the son of Alfred John Pease.¹ He married Hon. Cynthia Frances Charlotte Chaloner, daughter of Richard Godolphin Walmesley Chaloner, 1st Baron Gisborough and Margaret Brocklesby Davis, on 28 September 1921 at Guisborough Parish Church, Guisborough, Yorkshire, England^G.¹ He died in 1959.²
     He gained the rank of Major in the Durham Light Infantry.¹ He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)¹

     Hon. Honora Elizabeth Dundas Chaloner was born in 1898 at Sussex, England^G.² She was the daughter of Richard Godolphin Walmesley Chaloner, 1st Baron Gisborough and Margaret Brocklesby Davis.¹ She married Colonel Frank Drummond Shuttleworth Field, son of Frank James Richard Field, on 27 June 1929 at Guisborough Parish Church, Guisborough, Yorkshire, England^G.^1,2 She died on 21 January 1997 at Shrewsbury, Shropshire, England^G.^1,2
     Hon. Honora Elizabeth Dundas Chaloner also went by the nick-name of Bett.¹ From 27 June 1929, her married name became Field.¹ She was awarded the Kaisar-i-Hind Medal in 1946 silver.¹ She held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Shropshire in 1951.¹

     Colonel Frank Drummond Shuttleworth Field was born circa 1893.² He was the son of Frank James Richard Field.¹ He married Hon. Honora Elizabeth Dundas Chaloner, daughter of Richard Godolphin Walmesley Chaloner, 1st Baron Gisborough and Margaret Brocklesby Davis, on 27 June 1929 at Guisborough Parish Church, Guisborough, Yorkshire, England^G.^1,2 He died on 26 March 1958 at Bourton Manor, Much Wenlock, Shropshire, England^G.^3,2
     He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)¹ He was awarded the Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.)¹ He gained the rank of Colonel in the 5th/11th DCO Sikh Regiment.¹

     Esther Isabella Madeleine Hall was born on 10 May 1901 at Yorkshire, England^G.² She was the daughter of Charles Oswin Hall.¹ She married Thomas Weston Peel Long Chaloner, 2nd Baron Gisborough, son of Richard Godolphin Walmesley Chaloner, 1st Baron Gisborough and Margaret Brocklesby Davis, on 7 November 1923 at Settrington Church, Malton, Yorkshire, England^G.^1,2 She died on 12 March 1970 at age 68 at Yorkshire, England^G.^1,2 She was buried on 17 March 1970 at Yorkshire, England^G.²
     From 7 November 1923, her married name became Chaloner.¹ After her marriage, Esther Isabella Madeleine Hall was styled as Baroness Gisborough on 23 January 1938.
