     Hope Long was born circa 1644 at Wraxall, Wiltshire, England^G.² He was the son of John Long and Catherine Paynter.^1,2 He married, firstly, Mary Long, daughter of John Longe and Anne (?), on 26 June 1671 at Wiltshire, England^G.² He married, secondly, Grace Blanchard on 15 March 1691 at Wiltshire, England^G.² He died on 21 May 1715 at South Wraxall, Wiltshire, England^G.² He was buried at St. James Church, South Wraxall, Wiltshire, England^G.²
