     Sir Walter Long was born before 1594 at Wiltshire, EnglandG.2 He was the son of Sir Walter Long and Catherine Thynne.2 He married, firstly, Lady Anne Ley, daughter of James Ley, 1st Earl of Marlborough, in 1614.2 He married, secondly, Elizabeth Master circa 1636 at Cirencester, Gloucestershire, EnglandG.2 He died circa 1637 at Wiltshire, EnglandG.3,1
     In 1610 he inherited the manor of North Bradley.2

     Lady Anne Ley was the daughter of James Ley, 1st Earl of Marlborough.1 She married Sir Walter Long, son of Sir Walter Long and Catherine Thynne, in 1614.2 She died before 1636.2
     From 1614, her married name became Long.2
