     Major Noel Peter Dawson married Joan Shawford McDouall, daughter of Frederick Crichton McDouall and Florence Ethel Jackson, in 1936.¹ He died in 1981.¹
     He gained the rank of Major in the Australian Infantry Force.¹

     Suzanne Jane Dawson was born in 1943.¹ She is the daughter of Major Noel Peter Dawson and Joan Shawford McDouall.¹ She married Anthony Keith Wadey in 1970.¹

     Gwendolen Melville McDouall was born on 17 August 1918.¹ She was the daughter of Frederick Crichton McDouall and Florence Ethel Jackson.¹ She married Frederick Neville Griffiths, son of Dr. Guy Griffiths, in 1936.¹ She died on 31 August 1997 at age 79.¹
