     Florence Charlotte Cogan was the daughter of William Bampfield Cogan.¹ She married Reverend Crichton Willoughby McDouall, son of Willoughby Crichton McDouall and Mary Edith Emily McArdell, on 10 May 1911.¹ She died in October 1923.¹
