     Dora Godsall was the daughter of Edward Godsall.² She married Colonel Thomas Crawford Boyd, son of John Thomas Evans Boyd and Mary Crawford, in 1915.¹ She died in 1971.¹

     Margaret Evelyn Crawford-Boyd was the daughter of Colonel Thomas Crawford Boyd and Dora Godsall.² She married David Jardine Paterson, son of Robert Jardine Paterson and Constance Margaret Steel, on 21 September 1940.¹ She died on 28 April 2015.³
     From 21 September 1940, her married name became Jardine Paterson.¹

     David Jardine Paterson was born on 3 May 1914.¹ He was the son of Robert Jardine Paterson and Constance Margaret Steel.¹ He married Margaret Evelyn Crawford-Boyd, daughter of Colonel Thomas Crawford Boyd and Dora Godsall, on 21 September 1940.¹ He died on 31 July 1971 at age 57.²
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He was educated at Jesus College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the 6th Battalion, Gurkha Rifles.¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹ He lived at Balgray, Lockerbie, Dumfries-shire, Scotland^G.¹
