Wicklow [I., 1672] on 17 March 1684.1 In 1689 he was attainted by the Irish Parliament (as Sir Rchard Buckley.)1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Fethard, County Wexford [Ireland] from 1692 to 1693.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Fethard, County Wexford [Ireland] between 1695 and 1699.1 He was appointed Fellow, Royal Society (F.R.S.)1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Fethard, County Wexford [Ireland] between 1703 and 1710.1
On his death, his barony became extinct.1
