Patrick A’Hannay of Kirkdale1

     Patrick A’Hannay of Kirkdale was the son of John A’Hannay of Kirkdale.2 He married Anne McKie, daughter of Patrick McKie of Larg.1 He died on 16 December 1610, killed fighting for the Earl of Galloway against Kennedy of Blairquhan in a clan encounter at the Cruives of Cree.1
     He was also known as Patrick Hannay.2
