     He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Browne, of London [E., 1660] in 1701.¹
     On his death, his baronetcy became either extinct or dormant.¹

     Sir John Browne, 1st Bt. was born circa 1631.¹ He was the son of George Browne and Ellinor Blount.¹ He married Elizabeth Bradley circa 10 May 1666.¹ He died circa 1680.¹
     He was created 1st Baronet Browne, of Caversham, co. Oxford [England] on 10 May 1665.¹

     George Browne was the son of Hon. Sir George Browne.¹ He married, firstly, Ellinor Blount, daughter of Sir Richard Blount. He died circa February 1683/84.¹ He was buried on 9 February 1683/84 at St. Gile’s-in-the-Fields Church, London, England^G.¹
     He lived at Caversham, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹
     He had seventeen oher children.¹

     Ellinor Blount was the daughter of Sir Richard Blount.¹ She married George Browne, son of Hon. Sir George Browne.
     Her married name became Browne.¹

     Sir Richard Blount lived at Maple Durham, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹

     Elizabeth Bradley married, firstly, William Vandersteck after 1663.¹ She married, secondly, Sir John Browne, 1st Bt., son of George Browne and Ellinor Blount, circa 10 May 1666.¹
     She lived at Staines, London, England^G.¹ From after 1663, her married name became Vandersteck.¹ From circa 10 May 1666, her married name became Browne.¹

     William Vandersteck married Elizabeth Bradley after 1663.¹ He died before 1666.¹

     Sir Anthony Browne, 2nd Bt. was the son of Sir John Browne, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Bradley.¹ He died circa December 1688, unmarried.¹ He was buried on 23 December 1688 at St. Gile’s-in-the-Fields Church, London, England^G.¹
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Browne, of Caversham, co. Oxford [E., 1665] circa 1680.¹ His last will was dated December 1688.¹

     Sir John Browne, 3rd Bt. was the son of Sir John Browne, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Bradley.¹ He died circa 1692, without issue.¹
     He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Browne, of Caversham, co. Oxford [E., 1665] circa December 1688.¹

     Sir George Browne, 4th Bt. was the son of Sir John Browne, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Bradley.¹ He married, firstly, Gertrude Morley on 2 May 1699 at Charter House Chapel, London, England^G.¹ He married, secondly, Prudence Thorold, daughter of Charles Thorold and Anne Clarke, on 5 February 1721/22 at Gray’s Inn Chapel, London, England^G.¹ He died on 20 February 1729/30.¹ He was buried on 24 February 1729/30 at St. Paul’s Church, Covent Gardens, London, England^G.¹ His will (dated 25 March 1715) was proven (by probate) on 16 March 1729/30.¹
     He gained the rank of officer in the Austrian Army.¹ He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Browne, of Caversham, co. Oxford [E., 1665] circa 1692.¹
