     Sir Herbert Raphael, 1st and last Bt. was born on 23 December 1859.³ He was the son of Henry Lewis Raphael and Henrietta Raphael.^1,3 He married Rosalie Coster, daughter of William Frederick Coster, on 5 November 1884.³ He died on 24 September 1924 at age 64.²
     He graduated from Trinity Hall, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1881 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)³ He graduated from Trinity Hall, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1881 with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)³ He was a practising barrister-at-law in 1883.³ He held the office of member of London County Council in 1889.³ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for South Derbyshire between 1906 and 1918.³ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Essex.³ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Derbyshire.³ He was created 1st Baronet Raphael, of Cavendish Square in the Metropolitan Borough of St. Marylebone [U.K.] on 10 February 1911.³

     Mildred Ethel Jennings was the daughter of Louis J. Jennings.¹ She married Sir George Edward Leon, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Herbert Samuel Leon, 1st Bt. and Esther Julia Beddington, on 19 January 1899. She died on 7 March 1951.¹
     From 19 January 1899, her married name became Leon.¹

     Louis J. Jennings held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Stockport.¹

     Esther Mildred Leon was born on 16 December 1899.¹ She was the daughter of Sir George Edward Leon, 2nd Bt. and Mildred Ethel Jennings.¹ She married Major Hon. Philip Plantagenet Cary, son of Lt.-Col. Byron Plantagenet Cary, 12th Viscount of Falkland and Mary Reade, on 20 March 1920.¹ She died in 1972.¹
     From 20 March 1920, her married name became Cary.¹

     Major Hon. Philip Plantagenet Cary was born on 24 September 1895.² He was the son of Lt.-Col. Byron Plantagenet Cary, 12th Viscount of Falkland and Mary Reade.^1,2 He married Esther Mildred Leon, daughter of Sir George Edward Leon, 2nd Bt. and Mildred Ethel Jennings, on 20 March 1920.¹ He died on 21 June 1968 at age 72.²
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.² He fought in the First World War.² He held the office of Bluemantle Pursuivant between 1919 and 1923.² He held the office of York Herald between 1923 and 1932.² He gained the rank of Major in the Grenadier Guards.² He fought in the Second World War.² He was appointed Fellow, Society of Antiquaries (F.S.A.)²

     Thomas Parrington married Anne Dorothy Browne, daughter of Edward Cazalet Browne, on 5 July 1952.¹ He died on 16 March 1963.¹

     Rosemary Armstrong is the daughter of George Armstrong.¹ She married Sir Ronald George Leon, 3rd Bt., son of Sir George Edward Leon, 2nd Bt. and Mildred Ethel Jennings, on 28 October 1924.¹
     From 28 October 1924, her married name became Leon.¹

     Anne Elizabeth Leon was born on 8 December 1925.¹ She is the daughter of Sir Ronald George Leon, 3rd Bt. and Rosemary Armstrong.¹ She married Francis Michael Gough, son of Francis Berkeley Gough, on 19 December 1950.¹ She and Francis Michael Gough were divorced in 1964.¹
     From 19 December 1950, her married name became Gough.¹
