     Sir George Edward Leon, 2nd Bt. was born on 7 May 1875.1 He was the son of Sir Herbert Samuel Leon, 1st Bt. and Esther Julia Beddington.1 He married, firstly, Mildred Ethel Jennings, daughter of Louis J. Jennings, on 19 January 1899. He married Anne Dorothy Browne, daughter of Edward Cazalet Browne, on 23 July 1928.1 He died on 14 May 1947 at age 72.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He was admitted to Lincoln’s Inn in 1898 entitled to practise as a barrister.1 He was admitted to London Stock Exchange.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Leon, of Bletchley Park, Bletchley, co. Buckingham [U.K., 1911] on 23 July 1926.1

Sir Herbert Samuel Leon, 1st Bt.1

     Sir Herbert Samuel Leon, 1st Bt. was born on 11 February 1850.1 He was the son of George Isaac Leon and Julia Ann Samuel.1 He married, firstly, Esther Julia Beddington, daughter of Edward Henry Beddington and Julia Moses, on 4 June 1873. He married, secondly, Fanny Hyman, daughter of David Hyman, on 4 August 1880.1 He died on 23 July 1926 at age 76.1
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Buckinghamshire.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Liberal) for Buckinghamshire between 1891 and 1895.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of Buckinghamshire in 1909.1 He was created 1st Baronet Leon, of Bletchley Park, Bletchley, co. Buckingham [U.K.] on 5 July 1911.1
