     Thomas Brooke was born on 26 February 1798.¹ He was the son of William Brooke and Hannah Clapham.¹ He married Ann Ingham, daughter of Joseph Ingham, on 23 October 1828. He died on 31 August 1859 at age 61.¹
     He lived at Northgate House, Honley, Yorkshire, England^G.¹

     William Brooke was born on 30 June 1763.¹ He married Hannah Clapham, daughter of William Clapham, on 4 September 1788. He died on 21 April 1846 at age 82.¹

     Hannah Clapham was the daughter of William Clapham.¹ She married William Brooke on 4 September 1788. She died on 24 March 1840.¹
     From 4 September 1788, her married name became Brooke.¹

     Ann Ingham was the daughter of Joseph Ingham.¹ She married Thomas Brooke, son of William Brooke and Hannah Clapham, on 23 October 1828. She died on 10 August 1889.¹
     From 23 October 1828, her married name became Brooke.¹

     Joseph Ingham lived at Henslet, Yorkshire, England^G.¹

     Sir Thomas Brooke, 1st and last Bt. was born on 31 May 1830.¹ He was the son of Thomas Brooke and Ann Ingham.¹ He married, firstly, Eliza Vickerman, daughter of Enoch Vickerman, on 20 September 1854.¹ He married, secondly, Amelia Dewar, daughter of David Dewar, on 3 July 1860.¹ He married, secondly, Mary Priestley, daughter of James Priestley, on 30 September 1902.¹ He died on 16 July 1908 at age 78, without surviving issue.¹
     He was appointed Fellow, Society of Antiquaries (F.S.A.)¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹ He was created 1st Baronet Brooke, of Armitage Bridge, Huddersfield, co. York [U.K.] on 4 August 1899.¹
     On his death, his baronetcy became extinct.¹

     Eliza Vickerman was the daughter of Enoch Vickerman.¹ She married Sir Thomas Brooke, 1st and last Bt., son of Thomas Brooke and Ann Ingham, on 20 September 1854.¹ She died on 5 September 1855.¹
     From 20 September 1854, her married name became Brooke.¹
