     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Buckinghamshire.¹ He lived at Harefield Grove, Uxbridge, London, England^G.¹

     Mary Ann Newstead was the daughter of Thomas Newstead.¹ She married Joseph Boord, son of Samuel Boord and Ann Savage, on 12 October 1837.¹ She died on 17 October 1852.¹
     From 12 October 1837, her married name became Boord.¹
