     He gained the rank of Vice-Admiral in the Italian Navy.1 He held the office of Minister of Marine.1

     Henry Acton was born on 23 July 1858.1 He was the son of Vice-Admiral William Acton and Mary Ramirez.1 He married Elly Rizo-Rangabé, daughter of Cléon Prinz Rizo-Rangabé and Dorothea Baronin von Gerolt, on 27 April 1892.1 He died on 22 August 1928 at age 70.1
     He held the office of Italian Minister Plenipotentiary.1

     Elly Rizo-Rangabé was the daughter of Cléon Prinz Rizo-Rangabé and Dorothea Baronin von Gerolt.1,3 She married Henry Acton, son of Vice-Admiral William Acton and Mary Ramirez, on 27 April 1892.1 She died on 12 December 1960.1
     From 27 April 1892, her married name became Acton.1

     Cléon Prinz Rizo-Rangabé was the son of Alexander Prinz Rizo-Rangabé and Caroline Christian Skene.3 He married Dorothea Baronin von Gerolt, daughter of Friedrich Joseph Karl Baron von Gerolt and Josephine Henriette Huberta Walter, on 15 April 1871 at New York, U.S.A.3 He died on 20 January 1917 at Nice, France.3
     He lived at GreeceG.1 He was Greek Charge d’Afffaires to the United States.3

     Maria Guglielmina Margherita Laura Enrichetta Acton was born in 1893.2 She is the daughter of Henry Acton and Elly Rizo-Rangabé.2 She married, firstly, Charles André Marie Joseph Paul Pozzo di Borgo on 2 March 1918 at Nice, FranceG.2 She married, secondly, Dr. Lucien Hirtzmann de Luttange, son of Julien Hirtzmann de Luttange, on 17 March 1924.2 She and Charles André Marie Joseph Paul Pozzo di Borgo were divorced in 1921.2
     She was also known as Mary Acton.2 From 2 March 1918, her married name became Pozzo di Borgo.2 From 17 March 1924, her married name became Hirtzmann de Luttange.2
