John Selwyn Robinson1 

John Selwyn Robinson was born on 4 January 1888 at Norfolk IslandG.1 He was the son of Isaac Dunsmure Robinson and Hannah Quintal.1 He married Catherine Alice Buffett, daughter of Colin William Lyndsey Buffett and Anne Taylor, on 18 April 1927 at Norfolk IslandG.1
John Selwyn Robinson also went by the nick-name of Jack. He gained the rank of in the 1st Auatralian Light Horse.1 He fought in the First World War.1 He gained the rank of Private in the 7th Australian Garrison Battalion, during the Second World War.
Edward Francis Yeaman1

He came to Norfolk with his parents at the age of 7. He joined with his uncle in the sawmilling business, then in the early 1920’s, founded his own company. He was a footballer for the Longridge Blues, a lawn bowler, and a keen cricketer. He served with the Armoured Division in New Guinea in World War II, and later was transferred to Forestry, working again in New Guinea in the Markham Valley.1

Zealand. He left that trade when he married, but retained a lifelong love of
the sea and boats. He served in the marine section of the RNZAF in World
