     Helen Amelia Quintal was born on 7 February 1848 at Pitcairn Island^G.¹ She was the daughter of William Quintal and Maria Christian.¹ She married Charles Frederick Yager on 1 June 1882 at Norfolk Island^G.¹ She died on 17 November 1921 at age 73.¹
     From 1 June 1882, her married name became Yager.¹

     Charles Frederick Yager was born at Missouri, U.S.A.^G.¹ He married Helen Amelia Quintal, daughter of William Quintal and Maria Christian, on 1 June 1882 at Norfolk Island^G.¹
     Charles came from Missouri where the family name was ‘JAEGER’. Several of their relatives in New Zealand use ‘YEAGER’.¹ He was a farmer.¹

     Rosamond Adelaide Quintal was born on 23 March 1878 at Norfolk Island^G.¹ She was the daughter of Helen Amelia Quintal.¹ She married Hastings Quintal, son of Cornelius Quintal and Ellen Amelia Moore, on 18 March 1897 at Norfolk Island^G.¹ She died on 18 September 1937 at age 59 at Sydney, New South Wales, Australia^G.¹

     Hastings Quintal was born on 8 September 1874 at Norfolk Island^G.¹ He was the son of Cornelius Quintal and Ellen Amelia Moore.¹ He married Rosamond Adelaide Quintal, daughter of Helen Amelia Quintal, on 18 March 1897 at Norfolk Island^G.¹
     Hastings Quintal also went by the nick-name of Heasty.

     Frederick Heasty Quintal was born on 30 July 1899 at Norfolk Island^G.¹ He was the son of Hastings Quintal and Rosamond Adelaide Quintal.¹ He died on 9 May 1900 at Norfolk Island^G.¹

     Francis Cornelius Quintal was born on 22 November 1901 at Norfolk Island^G.¹ He was the son of Hastings Quintal and Rosamond Adelaide Quintal.¹ He died in 1917.¹
     Drowned in the Pacific Ocean, lost off Norfolk.¹

     Helen Amelia Quintal was born on 5 September 1903 at Norfolk Island^G.¹ She was the daughter of Hastings Quintal and Rosamond Adelaide Quintal.¹ She married George Wilson Menzies, son of Henry Menzies and Nancy Jane Christian, in 1920.¹ She died in 1982.¹
     Helen Amelia Quintal also went by the nick-name of Titta. From 1920, her married name became Menzies.¹

     George Wilson Menzies was born on 30 August 1898 at Norfolk Island^G.¹ He was the son of Henry Menzies and Nancy Jane Christian.¹ He married, firstly, Helen Amelia Quintal, daughter of Hastings Quintal and Rosamond Adelaide Quintal, in 1920.¹ He married, secondly, Georgina Russell, daughter of Thomas Russell and Madge (?), on 14 May 1937 at Sydney, New South Wales, Australia^G.³ He was buried at Norfolk Island Cemetery, Kingston, Norfolk Island.⁴
     George Wilson Menzies also went by the nick-name of Simon. He fought in the First World War, with the 7th Australian Light Horse.¹
