Sir Patricius Curwen, 1st and last Bt.1 
He was educated at Queens’ College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Cumberland between 1625 and 1628.1 He was created 1st Baronet Curwen [England] on 12 March 1627. He held the office of Sheriff of Cumberland in 1636/37.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Cumberland between 1640 and 1643.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Cumberland between 1661 and 1664.1 On his death his baronetcy became extinct.
