     He was educated at Trent College, EnglandG.1 He fought in the Second World War between 1939 and 1943, in the Royal Army Service Corps, and was wounded in North Africa.1 He lived in 1969 at Eversleigh, Hornash Lane, Shadoxhurst, Ashford, Kent, EnglandG.1
