Sir Charles Holte, 6th Bt. was born in 1721. He was the son of Sir Clobert Holte, 4th Bt.1 He married Anne Jesson, daughter of Pudsey Jesson and Elizabeth Freeman, in 1754.3 He died in 1782.
He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Holte, of Aston, co. Warwick [E., 1611] on 21 April 1770.4 He lived at Aston Hall, Warwickshire, EnglandG.1

From 29 December 1942, her married name became Neave. She was created Baroness Airey of Abingdon, of Abingdon in the County of Oxford [U.K. Life Peer] on 6 August 1979.4
