     Martha Roberts was the daughter of Randal Roberts and Martha Westropp.^1,2 A settlement for the marriage between her and Edward Galwey was made on 22 October 1790.¹ She died, without issue.¹
     From 22 October 1790, her married name became Galwey.¹

     Randal Roberts was born on 16 May 1704.² He is the son of Thomas Roberts and Jane Hodder.³ He married Martha Westropp, daughter of Ralph Westropp and Mary Bustead, on 2 February 1734.⁴
     On 22 June 1775 the Ulster King of Arms allowed him the arms appearing on the seal of his grandfather, and stated he was lawfully descended in a direct line from Sir Thomas Roberts, Bt. of Glassenbury, Kent.⁵ He styled himself ‘Sir Randal Roberts, Bt.²‘ He lived at Brightfieldstown, County Cork, Ireland^G.¹ Jane, Duchess of Saint Albans, daughter and heiress of Sir Walter Roberts, 6th and it was assumed for a time (and may in fact be the case) last Bt, of Glassenbury, accepted his statement of a connection between the Roberts of Brightfieldstown and her own family, and willed the Glassenbury estate to his grandson, Thomas Walton Roberts.²

     Hannah Hickman was the daughter of Poole Hickman.¹ She married, firstly, William Harte before 1807.¹ She married, secondly, Edward Galwey, son of John Galwey and Jane O’Bryen, on 2 July 1807.¹ She died, without issue.¹
     From before 1807, her married name became Harte.¹ From 2 July 1807, her married name became Galwey.¹

     Poole Hickman lived at Kilmore, County Clare, Ireland^G.¹

     William Harte married Hannah Hickman, daughter of Poole Hickman, before 1807.¹ He died before 1807.¹
     He lived at Knockferry, County Limerick, Ireland^G.¹

     Richard Galwey was born on 17 June 1757.¹ He was the son of John Galwey and Jane O’Bryen.¹ He married Margaret Creagh, daughter of Patrick Creagh and Margaret Trant, on 18 January 1787. He died on 18 February 1826 at age 68.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 14th Light Dragoons.¹ Circa 1787 he acquired Killowen, near Kinsale, and re-named it Fort Richard.¹ He lived at Fort Richard, County Cork, Ireland^G.¹

     Margaret Creagh was the daughter of Patrick Creagh and Margaret Trant.¹ She married Richard Galwey, son of John Galwey and Jane O’Bryen, on 18 January 1787. She died on 9 August 1822.¹
     From 18 January 1787, her married name became Galwey.¹

     Patrick Creagh is the son of Christopher Creagh and Jane Galwey.¹ He married Margaret Trant, daughter of Dominick Trant. He married Elizabeth Cooke.²
     He lived at Cork, County Cork, Ireland^G.¹

     Christopher Creagh is the son of Pierce Creagh and Mary Price.² He married Jane Galwey.

     Jane Galwey married Christopher Creagh, son of Pierce Creagh and Mary Price.
     Her married name became Creagh.¹
