     Her married name became Harrington.⁴ From 24 August 1968, her married name became Lloyd.¹

     Brigadier Bryan John Fowler was born on 18 August 1898.² He was the son of George Hurst Fowler and Mabel Blakiston-Houston.³ He married Mary Olivia Nickalls, daughter of Colonel Cecil Patteson Nickalls, on 26 May 1944.² He died on 4 December 1987 at age 89.⁴
     He was educated at Cheltenham College, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England^G.² He fought in the First World War.² He was educated at Royal Military Academy, Woolwich, Kent, England^G.² He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.) in 1918.² He was awarded the Olympic Silver Medal in 1936 in polo.⁴ He fought in the Second World War.² He was awarded the Companion, Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1943 and bar (1945.)² He retired from the military in 1949, with the rank of Brigadier, late of the Royal Artillery.² He lived in 1976 at Rahinston, Enfield, County Meath, Ireland^G.¹

     Constance Marion Britten was born in 1892.² She was the daughter of Thomas Johnson Britten and Cecelia Johanna Botha.¹ She married, firstly, George Bennett in 1911.² She and George Bennett were divorced in 1924 at Transvaal, South Africa.² She married, secondly, Captain Robert Bingham Brassey, son of Albert Brassey and Hon. Matilda Maria Helena Bingham, on 8 November 1927.¹ She died in 1952 at London, England.²

     Thomas Johnson Britten was born on 6 March 1858 at Byton, Herefordshire, England.² He was the son of Charles Britten and Mary Ann Jeffries.² He married Cecelia Johanna Botha, daughter of Hon. Philip Rudolph Botha and Johanna Vermaak, in 1888 at Greytown, Natal, South Africa.² He died on 24 October 1910 at age 52 at Johannesburg, Transvaal, South Africa.²
