     Anne Scot was born before 1569. She was the daughter of Sir Thomas Scot.¹ She married, secondly, Sir Thomas Bromley, son of George Bromley.¹ She married, firstly, Richard Knatchbull, son of Richard Knatchbull and Joan Sheaf, in November 1584.¹
     Her married name became Bromley.¹ From November 1584, her married name became Knatchbull.¹

     Sir Thomas Scot lived at Scot’s Hall, Kent, England^G.¹

     Sir Thomas Bromley was born in 1530 at Rodd Castle, Oswestry, Shropshire, England.³ He was the son of George Bromley.² He married Anne Scot, daughter of Sir Thomas Scot.¹ He married Elizabeth Fortescue.³ He died on 12 April 1587.³ He was buried at Westminster Abbey, Westminster, London, England.³
     He held the office of Lord Chancellor.¹

     Thomas Knatchbull was the son of Richard Knatchbull and Anne Scot.¹ He died, without issue.¹

     John Knatchbull was the son of Richard Knatchbull and Joan Sheaf.¹ He married Elizabeth Scot, daughter of Sir Thomas Scot.¹ He died, without issue.¹

     Elizabeth Scot is the daughter of Sir Thomas Scot.¹ She married, firstly, John Knatchbull, son of Richard Knatchbull and Joan Sheaf.¹ She married, secondly, Sir Richard Smith.¹
     Her married name became Smythe.¹ Her married name became Knatchbull.¹

     Sir Richard Smith married Elizabeth Scot, daughter of Sir Thomas Scot.¹

     Anne Knatchbull is the daughter of Richard Knatchbull and Joan Sheaf.¹ She married Sir Edward Boys.¹
     Her married name became Boys.¹
