     From 9 August 1894, her married name became Dill.¹

     Thomas Reginald Colquhoun Dill was born in 1859.² He was the son of Lt.-Col. Marcus Gordon Dill and Margaret Colquhoun.³ He married Julia Emma Frances Shaw, daughter of Reverend Charles John Kenward Shaw and Julia Elizabeth Boteler, on 9 August 1894.¹ He died on 6 November 1934.¹
     He was educated at Brighton College, Brighton, Sussex, England^G.² He was educated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G.² He was admitted to Inner Temple in 1885 entitled to practise as a Barrister-at-Law.² He was Conveyancing Counsel to the Court.² He lived at 8 Old Square, Lincoln’s Inn, London, England^G.²

     Annie Maria Shaw was the daughter of Reverend Charles John Kenward Shaw and Julia Elizabeth Boteler.¹ She married Richard Mawdistly Best, son of Richard William Mawdistly Best and Maria Anna Jones, on 1 November 1906.¹ She died on 27 November 1929.¹
     From 1 November 1906, her married name became Best.¹

     Richard Mawdistly Best was born on 5 February 1870.² He was the son of Richard William Mawdistly Best and Maria Anna Jones.^1,2 He married Annie Maria Shaw, daughter of Reverend Charles John Kenward Shaw and Julia Elizabeth Boteler, on 1 November 1906.¹ He died on 14 March 1918 at age 48.¹

     Richard William Mawdistly Best was born in 1847.² He was the son of General Richard Mawdistly Best and Eliza Hastings Macleod.² He married Maria Anna Jones in 1865. He died on 3 March 1883.²

     Dorothy Emily Augusta Shaw was the daughter of Reverend Charles John Kenward Shaw and Julia Elizabeth Boteler.¹ She married Sir Alexander Murray Ashmore on 14 January 1897.¹ She died on 4 January 1952.¹
     From 14 January 1897, her married name became Ashmore.¹

     Sir Alexander Murray Ashmore married Dorothy Emily Augusta Shaw, daughter of Reverend Charles John Kenward Shaw and Julia Elizabeth Boteler, on 14 January 1897.¹ He died on 7 December 1906.¹
     He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of St. Michael and St. George (K.C.M.G.)¹ He held the office of Governor-General of Ceylon between 1904 and 1906.¹

     Alicia Frances Shaw was the daughter of Captain Charles Shaw and Frances Anne Hawley.¹ She married Charles Henry Woodgate in September 1846.¹ She died on 5 March 1905.¹
     From September 1846, her married name became Woodgate.¹

     From 2 December 1847, her married name became Warre.¹
