     Valerie Fortune Daglish was the daughter of Francis John Heaton Daglish and Constance Euphemia Forrester Ainslie.^1,3 She married Francis Leslie Pym, Baron Pym, son of Leslie Ruthven Pym and Iris Rosalind Orde, in 1949.¹ She died on 2 March 2017.⁴
     From 1949, her married name became Pym.¹ After her marriage, Valerie Fortune Daglish was styled as Baroness Pym in 1987.
