Chester [E., 1663] on 14 July 1674.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Newcastle-under-Lyme between 1679 and 1681.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Newcastle-under-Lyme between 1690 and 1695.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Newcastle-under-Lyme between 1698 and 1709.2
