     He held the office of High Sheriff of Staffordshire from 1661 to 1662.¹ He was created 1st Baronet Bellot, of Moreton, co. Chester [England] on 30 June 1663.¹

     John Bellot died in November 1659.¹
     He held the office of High Sheriff of Chester in 1640.¹ He lived at Moreton, Cheshire, England^G.¹

     Ursula Bentley was the daughter of John Bentley.¹

     Anne Wilbraham was born circa 1627.¹ She was the daughter of Roger Wilbraham and Mary Ravenscroft.¹ She married Sir John Bellot, 1st Bt., son of John Bellot and Ursula Bentley, before 1651.¹ She died on 27 December 1711.¹ She was buried on 1 January 1711/12 at Astbury, England^G.¹
     From before 1651, her married name became Bellot.¹

     Sir Thomas Bellot, 2nd Bt. was born on 22 October 1651.¹ He was the son of Sir John Bellot, 1st Bt. and Anne Wilbraham.¹ He married Susanna Packe, daughter of Christopher Packe and Anne Edmonds, in February 1674/75.² He died before February 1708/9.¹
     He matriculated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, on 11 July 1668.¹ He was admitted to Lincoln’s Inn on 20 March 1670/71.¹ He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Bellot, of Moreton, co. Chester [E., 1663] on 14 July 1674.² He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Newcastle-under-Lyme between 1679 and 1681.² He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Newcastle-under-Lyme between 1690 and 1695.² He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Newcastle-under-Lyme between 1698 and 1709.²
