Devon [G.B., 1721] on 27 April 1884.1 He succeeded as the 8th Baronet Byng, of Wrotham, Kent [G.B., 1715] on 27 April 1884.1 He succeeded as the 8th Baron Byng of Southill, co. Bedford [G.B., 1721] on 27 April 1884.1 He was Lord-in-Waiting between March 1889 and October 1889.1
