     From 29 November 1921, her married name became Pope.¹

     James Alister Pope was the son of Reverend Arthur Frederick Pope and Catherine Isabella Ellen Rose.^1,2 He married Judith Chevallier Beevor, daughter of Rowland Beevor and Margaret Frances Evans, on 29 November 1921.¹ He died on 27 October 1954.¹
     He was appointed Companion, Order of the Indian Empire (C.I.E.)¹ He was in the Indian Civil Service.¹

     Reverend Arthur Frederick Pope was born on 4 February 1840.² He was the son of Edward Pope and Augusta Bigge.² He married Catherine Isabella Ellen Rose, daughter of Major James Rose, 23rd of Kilravock and Anna Maria Twemlow, on 30 July 1881.² He was also reported to have been married on 31 July 1881.³ He died on 13 March 1921 at age 81.²
     He lived at The Furlong, Tring, Hertfordshire, England^G.¹

     John Rose Pope was born on 7 October 1924.¹ He is the son of James Alister Pope and Judith Chevallier Beevor.¹ He married Patricia Anne Squires, daughter of Harry Stanley Squires, on 9 June 1956.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He fought in the Second World War, with the Royal Engineers.¹ He graduated from Magdalene College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, in 1949 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He was registered as a Civil Engineer.¹ He was a director of BUSM Company.¹ He was appointed Fellow, Institution of Mechanical Engineers (F.I.Mech.E.)¹ He lived in 2003 at Cromwell House, 6 Court Street, Tisbury, Wiltshire, England^G.¹

     Patricia Anne Squires is the daughter of Harry Stanley Squires.¹ She married John Rose Pope, son of James Alister Pope and Judith Chevallier Beevor, on 9 June 1956.¹
     From 9 June 1956, her married name became Pope.¹

     Nicholas James Pope was born on 26 April 1957.¹ He is the son of John Rose Pope and Patricia Anne Squires.¹ He married Henrietta Lucy Phipps on 25 July 1992.¹
