Sir Andrew Barret, 1st and last Bt.1 
He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for County Cork [Ireland] between 1613 and 1615.2 He was created 1st Baronet Barret, of Inniscarry, co. Cork [Ireland] circa 1631, although Cokayne states this creation was only recorded in Beatson’s Political Index (1806), but not elsewhere.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Cork [Ireland] between 1639 and 1648.2 He was appointed Knight on 7 July 1639.2
