Captain Robert Heriot Barclay1 
He gained the rank of Midshipman in the Royal Navy.1 He fought in the Battle of Trafalgar on 20 October 1805.1 He fought in the War of 1812, where he was Commodore of Lake Erie, and was dangerously wounded.1 He gained the rank of Captain in 1824.1
