     He was educated at King’s College School, Wimbledon, London, England.² He was educated at Exeter College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.² He was a ruby player for England between 1952 and 1954.²

     David Elliott Winn was born on 24 July 1958.¹ He is the son of Christopher Elliott Winn and Valerie Margaret Ball.¹ He married Esther Maria Consiglio, daughter of Salvatore Antonio Consiglio, on 20 February 1988.¹
