     From before 1653, her married name became Balfour.1

     Sir Robert Balfour, 2nd Bt. was born in 1652.1 He was the son of Sir James Balfour, 1st Bt. and Margaret Arnot.1 He died in 1673, killed in a duel, by Sir James Mackgill of Bankeillour.1
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Balfour, of Denmiln and Kinnaird, co. Fife [N.S., 1633] on 14 February 1657.1

     Sir Alexander Balfour, 3rd Bt. was born after 1604.1 He was the son of Sir Michael Balfour of Denmylne and Joanna Durham.1 He married, firstly, Euphemia Carstairs.1 He married, secondly, Janet Hay, daughter of Peter Hay, after 1634.1
     He graduated from St. Andrews University, St. Andrews, Fife, ScotlandG, in 1626.1 He was a Minister in 1634 at Abdie, Fife, ScotlandG.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Balfour, of Denmiln and Kinnaird, co. Fife [N.S., 1633] in 1673.1
