     Sir Thomas Aston, 4th Bt. was born circa 1705.² He was the son of Sir Thomas Aston, 3rd Bt. and Catharine Widdrington.² He married Rebecca Shishe, daughter of John Shishe, in March 1735/36.² He died circa February 1743/44 at France^G, without issue.² He was buried on 17 February 1743/44 at Aston, Cheshire, England^G.³ He died intestate and his estate was administered to his mother Dame Catharine Ashton, widow on 11 May 1744.³
     He matriculated at Corpus Christi College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, on 1 March 1721/22.² He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Aston, of Aston [in the parish of Runcorn], co. Chester [E., 1628] on 16 December 1725.² He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Liverpool between May 1729 and 1734.² He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for St. Albans between 1734 and 1741.²

     Rebecca Shishe was born on 25 November 1717.¹ She was the daughter of John Shishe.¹ She married Sir Thomas Aston, 4th Bt., son of Sir Thomas Aston, 3rd Bt. and Catharine Widdrington, in March 1735/36.¹ She died on 16 May 1737 at age 19.¹ She was buried at Aston, Cheshire, England^G.²
     From March 1735/36, her married name became Aston.¹

     John Shishe lived at Greenwich, Kent, England^G.²

     Catherine Aston is the daughter of Sir Thomas Aston, 3rd Bt. and Catharine Widdrington.¹ She married Rev. Hon. Henry Hervey-Aston, son of John Hervey, 1st Earl of Bristol and Elizabeth Felton, on 2 March 1730.²
     In 1725 she inherited Aston Hall and other estates from her brother, Thomas.¹ From 2 March 1730, her married name became Hervey-Aston.²

     Rev. Hon. Henry Hervey-Aston was born on 5 January 1700/1.² He is the son of John Hervey, 1st Earl of Bristol and Elizabeth Felton.² He married Catherine Aston, daughter of Sir Thomas Aston, 3rd Bt. and Catharine Widdrington, on 2 March 1730.²
     He was given the name of Henry Hervey at birth.¹ His name was legally changed to Henry Hervey-Aston by Act of Parliament.¹ He graduated with a Doctor of Divinity (D.D.)¹

     Richard Aston was the son of Sir Willoughby Aston, 2nd Bt. and Mary Offley.¹ He married Elizabeth Warren, daughter of John Warren.¹ He died on 24 November 1741.¹
     He lived at Wadley, Berkshire, England^G.¹

     Elizabeth Warren is the daughter of John Warren.¹ She married Richard Aston, son of Sir Willoughby Aston, 2nd Bt. and Mary Offley.¹
     Her married name became Aston.¹

     John Warren lived at Priory Court, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹ He lived at Wantage, Berkshire, England^G.¹

     Elizabeth Pye was the daughter of Henry Pye and Anne Bathurst.¹ She married Sir Willoughby Aston, 5th Bt., son of Richard Aston and Elizabeth Warren, on 14 May 1744 at St. George the Martyr, Queen Square, London, England^G.¹
     From 14 May 1744, her married name became Aston.¹
