     He gained the rank of Lieutenant on 20 February 1915 in the 1st Battalion, Welsh Regiment.¹ He fought in the First World War.

     Adele Blanche Dundas was born in 1903 at Maidenhead, Berkshire, England.² She was the daughter of Sir George Whyte Melville Dundas, 5th Bt. and Matilda Louisa Mary Wilson.¹ She died in 1974 at Dunira, Scotland, unmarried.²

     Dorothea Wiseman was the daughter of Arthur William Wiseman.¹ She married Sir Robert Whyte Melville Dundas, 6th Bt., son of Sir George Whyte Melville Dundas, 5th Bt. and Matilda Louisa Mary Wilson, on 21 September 1926.² She died on 14 January 1963.²
     From 21 September 1926, her married name became Dundas.¹

     Arthur William Wiseman graduated with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He graduated with a Bachelor of Music (Mus.B.)¹

     Maria Louisa Whyte-Melville was born in 1825 at Bennochy, Fife, Scotland^G.¹ She was the daughter of John Whyte-Melville and Lady Catherine Anne Sarah Osborne.¹

     Egmont Prinz zur Lippe-Weissenfeld was born on 14 July 1918 at Salzburg, Austria^G.¹ He was the son of Alfred Rudolf Maria Egmont Prinz zur Lippe-Weissenfeld and Anna Reichsgräfin von Goëss.¹ He died on 12 March 1944 at age 25, killed in a flying accident.¹ He was buried at German Military Cemetery, Ijsselstein, The Netherlands^G.¹
     He gained the rank of Major in the Luftwaffe, as a night-fighter.¹ He claimed 51 air victories.¹

     Sophie Prinzessin zur Lippe-Weissenfeld is the daughter of Alfred Rudolf Maria Egmont Prinz zur Lippe-Weissenfeld and Anna Reichsgräfin von Goëss.¹

     Heinrich Alexander Ludwig Peter Prinz zu Sayn-Wittgenstein was born on 14 August 1916 at Copenhagen, Denmark^G.¹ He was the son of Gustav Alexander Prinz zu Sayn-Wittgenstein and Walpurga Freiin von Friesen.¹ He died on 21 January 1944 at age 27, killed in action.¹ He was buried at German Military Cemetery, Ijsselstein, The Netherlands^G.¹
