     Richard Haden-Guest, 3rd Baron Haden-Guest was born in 1904.1 He was the son of Leslie Haden-Guest, 1st Baron Haden-Guest and Edith Low.1 He married, firstly, Hilda Russell-Cruise, daughter of Thomas Russell-Cruise, in 1926.1 He and Hilda Russell-Cruise were divorced in 1934.1 He married, secondly, Olivie Maria Nilsson, daughter of Anders Gotfrid Nilsson, in 1934.1 He married, thirdly, Marjorie Douglas Kennard, daughter of Dr. Douglas F. Kennard, in 1949.1 He died in 1987.1
     He was educated at Bembridge, Isle of Wight, EnglandG.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baron Haden-Guest, of Saling, co. Essex [U.K., 1950] on 21 December 1974.1
