     Evelyn Mary Arbuthnot was born on 12 February 1881 at Southsea, Hampshire, England^G.^1,2 She was the daughter of Admiral Charles Ramsay Arbuthnot and Emily Caroline Schomberg.¹ She married Septimus Tristram Pruen on 24 April 1924.¹ She died on 25 March 1939 at age 58.¹
     From 24 April 1924, her married name became Pruen.¹ She was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.)²

     Septimus Tristram Pruen married Evelyn Mary Arbuthnot, daughter of Admiral Charles Ramsay Arbuthnot and Emily Caroline Schomberg, on 24 April 1924.¹ He died on 19 February 1936.¹
     He graduated with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)² He was registered as a Member, Royal College of Surgeons (M.R.C.S.)²

     Beatrice Caroline Arbuthnot was born on 5 February 1883.¹ She was the daughter of Admiral Charles Ramsay Arbuthnot and Emily Caroline Schomberg.¹ She married Captain Robert Henry Ramsay Mackay, son of Henry Ramsay Mackay, on 21 April 1906.¹ She died on 8 July 1953 at age 70.¹
     From 21 April 1906, her married name became Mackay.¹

     Henry Ramsay Mackay lived at Petham House, Canterbury, Kent, England^G.¹

     James Arbuthnot was born on 21 July 1855 at Lasswade, Midlothian, Scotland^G.^1,2 He was the son of George Clerk Arbuthnot and Caroline Ramsay Hay.¹ He married, firstly, Mary Steward Taylor, daughter of Captain Ralph Neufville Taylor and Frances Anne Buckle, on 22 April 1879.¹ He and Mary Steward Taylor were divorced in 1896.¹ He married, secondly, Mary Margaret Mann, daughter of Lowry Mann, on 22 October 1897 at Bombay, India^G.^1,2 He died on 16 April 1913 at age 57.¹
     He was educated at Glenalmond College, Perthshire, Scotland^G.²

     Mary Steward Taylor is the daughter of Captain Ralph Neufville Taylor and Frances Anne Buckle.^2,1 She married, firstly, James Arbuthnot, son of George Clerk Arbuthnot and Caroline Ramsay Hay, on 22 April 1879.² She and James Arbuthnot were divorced in 1896.²
     From 22 April 1879, her married name became Arbuthnot.² Her married name became Warn.¹

     Captain Ralph Neufville Taylor was also reported to have been born on 15 March 1827.² He was the son of General Sir Henry George Andrew Taylor and Eliza Maughan.¹ He was baptised on 28 May 1827 at Madras, India.² He married Frances Anne Buckle in 1856 at Weymouth, Dorset, England.² He died in 1902 at St. Thomas, Devon, England.²
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Navy.³

     George Ramsay Arbuthnot was born on 28 June 1880.¹ He was the son of James Arbuthnot and Mary Steward Taylor.¹ He married Rose Anna Branson on 22 April 1910 at Hull, Yorkshire, England^G.¹ He died on 27 November 1932 at age 52 at Hull, Yorkshire, England^G.^1,2
     He was also known as Ramsay.¹ He was educated at Glenalmond College, Perthshire, Scotland^G.² He was a merchant seaman.²

     Rose Anna Branson married George Ramsay Arbuthnot, son of James Arbuthnot and Mary Steward Taylor, on 22 April 1910 at Hull, Yorkshire, England^G.¹ She died on 2 January 1973.¹
     From 22 April 1910, her married name became Arbuthnot.¹
