Major Richard Henry Myles Arbuthnot was born on 17 August 1911.1 He was the son of Major John Bernard Arbuthnot and Olive Blake.1 He married Marjorie Helen Miller, daughter of Dr. Ralph Miller, on 28 April 1939.1 He died on 16 October 1943 at age 32 at ItalyG, killed on active service.1
