     Jules Alexander Sartoris lived at Hoppesford Hall, Warwickshire, England^G.¹

     Lieutenant Edmund Antrobus was born on 23 December 1886.¹ He was the son of Colonel Sir Edmund Antrobus, 4th Bt. and Florence Caroline Mathilde Sartoris.¹ He died on 24 October 1914 at age 27, killed in action.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Grenadier Guards.¹ He fought in the First World War.

     Robert Lindsay Antrobus was born on 9 August 1857.¹ He was the son of Sir Edmund Antrobus, 3rd Bt. and Marianne Georgiana Dashwood.¹ He died on 6 March 1891 at age 33.¹

     Sir Cosmo Gordon Antrobus, 5th Bt. was born on 22 October 1859.¹ He was the son of Sir Edmund Antrobus, 3rd Bt. and Marianne Georgiana Dashwood.¹ He died on 29 June 1939 at age 79, unmarried.¹
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Wiltshire.¹ He was admitted to Inner Temple entitled to practise as a Barrister-at-Law.¹ He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Antrobus, of Antrobus, co. Palatine of Chester [U.K., 1815] on 11 February 1915.¹

     Mary Adam was the daughter of Admiral Sir Charles Adam of Blair-Adam and Elizabeth Brydone.^1,2 She married Hugh Lindsay Antrobus, son of Sir Edmund Antrobus, 2nd Bt. and Anne Lindsay, on 8 September 1859.¹ She died on 31 December 1900.¹
     From 8 September 1859, her married name became Antrobus.¹

     Admiral Sir Charles Adam of Blair-Adam was born on 6 October 1780.² He was the son of Rt. Hon. William Adam of Blair and Hon. Eleanor Elphinstone.² He married Elizabeth Brydone, daughter of Patrick Brydone and Mary Robertson, on 4 October 1822.³ He died on 16 September 1853 at age 72 at Greenwich Hospital, Greenwich, London, England.^2,3
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Kinross-shire between 1831 and 1832.³ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Kinross-shire and Clackmannan between 1833 and 1841.³ He held the office of a Lord of the Admiralty between 1834 and 1841.³ He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the Bath (K.C.B.) on 10 August 1835.¹ He held the office of Elder Brother of Trinity House in 1840.³ He held the office of a Lord of the Admiralty between 1846 and 1847.³ He gained the rank of Admiral of the White in 1848.³

     Charles Antrobus was born on 18 June 1860.¹ He was the son of Hugh Lindsay Antrobus and Mary Adam.¹ He died on 22 August 1861 at age 1.¹

     Marion Lindsay Antrobus was the daughter of Hugh Lindsay Antrobus and Mary Adam.¹ She married, firstly, Captain Henry Gerard Leigh, son of Henry Blundell Leigh and Henrietta Dorothy Hawkes, on 25 October 1886.¹ She married, secondly, Lt.-Col. Reginald Halsey, son of Rt. Hon. Sir Thomas Frederick Halsey, 1st Bt. and Mary Julia Wells, on 16 April 1910.¹ She died on 27 December 1927.¹
     From 25 October 1886, her married name became Leigh.¹ From 16 April 1910, her married name became Halsey.¹

     Lt.-Col. Reginald Halsey was born on 10 August 1873.² He was the son of Rt. Hon. Sir Thomas Frederick Halsey, 1st Bt. and Mary Julia Wells.^1,2 He married Marion Lindsay Antrobus, daughter of Hugh Lindsay Antrobus and Mary Adam, on 16 April 1910.¹ He died on 30 May 1927 at age 53.¹
     He gained the rank of Major and Brevet Lieutenant-Colonel in the Hertfordshire Yeomanry, Royal Artillery (Territorial Army.)²

     Helen Antrobus was the daughter of Hugh Lindsay Antrobus and Mary Adam.¹ She married Major Evelyn George Hammond Atherley on 11 February 1888.¹ She died in 1922, without issue.¹
     From 11 February 1888, her married name became Atherley.¹
